The Department maintains an automated mailing list by which we distribute various publications. Members of the public may subscribe to automatically receive any of the publications listed below. These lists may include text and/or links to documents on our website.... (more)

To subscribe, it is necessary to provide us with your e-mail address. Use of this information is governed by the Department's Privacy Policy.

To subscribe, click the "Subscribe by E-mail" link to open a new e-mail message. Simply mail the empty message and you will receive further instructions by e-mail how to confirm your subscription. You can also select the "Subscribe by Web" link to subscribe or unsubscribe via web form and change other advanced options. You must do this for each list you are interested in subscribing to.

 The ADOI issues press releases to communicate information to the public on topics including the availability of various consumer services, enforcement actions, and new programs within the Department.

We estimate that this list will generate less than 25 messages per year.

Regulatory Bulletins
List Description
ADOI-BULLETIN-L Throughout the year, bulletins are issued to explain the Department's interpretation and application of insurance related laws, to provide commentary regarding regulatory complaint issues, and to provide important or useful information about the insurance laws and markets.

We estimate that this list will generate less than 25 messages per year.

Insurance Regulator (ADOI Newsletter)
List Description
ADOI-NEWSLETTER-L Published quarterly, the Insurance Regulator provides key information about insurance regulation-related developments and issues in which the Department was engaged in during the quarter.

Rather than sending the actual newsletter (due to its size), the list will send subscribers an announcement when the newest newsletter becomes available with a link to its location on our website.
